I think it is SO important as an artist to be open to what I hear. Even if it is isn’t my cup of tea to listen to. I think we can always find some form of inspiration or sound out of it that we could potentially enjoy and take something from it

Many people have asked the story behind my name. Well, let me tell you. Eddy is my maiden name. When I first started singing everyone knew me by my last name (eddy) so I kept it as my singing name.. just eddy. Besides- do you know what Eddy means? It means water moving in the opposite direction of the main current. Guess I was born with that mentality to do the opposite of the “norm”....
